After a job is completed — imported from your CRM or added manually — ReviewMe sends your customer a series of follow-up messages via SMS and email. Each message includes a personalized tracking link. When your customer clicks through and leaves a review, ReviewMe detects it and stops the campaign automatically.
Which CRM systems do you integrate with?
We integrate with Housecall Pro, Jobber, and Salesforce. New jobs and contacts sync automatically, so campaigns can start as soon as a job is marked complete. You can also add contacts manually if you prefer.
How does review tracking work?
Each customer gets a unique tracking link. When they click it, we monitor for new Google reviews matching their name and timing. Most reviews are confirmed automatically. You can see real-time status for every contact in your dashboard.
Is it compliant with TCPA and CAN-SPAM?
