Pricing questions

What counts as a message?

Each SMS, MMS, or email we send on your behalf is one message. A campaign with two SMS follow-ups and one email = three messages per enrolled contact (or fewer if they leave a review or opt out partway through).

What happens if I hit my message limit?

We stop sending until the next billing cycle, then resume automatically. You can upgrade mid-cycle to lift the cap immediately — we prorate the change.

Do unused messages roll over?

No. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you're consistently hitting the cap, the next tier up is almost always cheaper than the per-message overage at your current tier.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?

Yes — anytime. We credit the unused portion of your current billing cycle toward the yearly subscription, so you never pay twice.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There's no setup fee on any plan. Enterprise includes white-glove onboarding (a real person walks you through CRM setup), but that's bundled — not an extra line item.
