What Is ReviewMe?

ReviewMe is a review management platform built for home service businesses. It automates the process of collecting Google reviews from your customers through smart SMS and email campaigns.

Instead of remembering to ask every customer for a review, ReviewMe handles it automatically — sending the right message at the right time, tracking who has left a review, and stopping follow-ups once a review is detected.

How It Works

The core workflow is simple:

1. A job is completed — Either imported from your CRM (Housecall Pro, Jobber, Salesforce) or added manually
2. A campaign runs — ReviewMe sends your customer a series of SMS and email messages with a personalized review link
3. The customer leaves a review — They click the link and leave a Google review
4. ReviewMe detects it — The campaign stops automatically for that customer

You set up your campaign once. It runs for every customer, every time.

Core Concepts

Campaigns

A campaign is an automated sequence of messages sent to customers after a job is completed. Campaigns are built with blocks:

• Contact blocks — Send an SMS or email message
• Timer blocks — Wait a specified number of days
• Report blocks — Email you a summary of campaign activity

A campaign stops for a contact when: a review is received, all contact attempts are exhausted, or you manually stop it.

Contacts

Contacts are your customers. They can be imported from your CRM automatically or added manually. Each contact has a name, phone number, and/or email address.

Review Tracking

Every customer gets a unique tracking link (e.g., reviewme.review/r/{token}). When they click through and leave a Google review, ReviewMe matches the review to the contact using name, timing, and other signals.

Messaging

ReviewMe sends messages via SMS (through ClickSend) and email. Every message includes opt-out instructions to stay compliant with TCPA and CAN-SPAM regulations.
