General
How does ReviewMe work?
After a job is completed — imported from your CRM or added manually — ReviewMe sends your customer a series of follow-up messages via SMS and email. Each message includes a personalized tracking link. When your customer clicks through and leaves a Google review, ReviewMe detects it and stops the campaign automatically.
Which review platforms do you support?
Google Reviews is our primary focus. It’s where most customers search for home service businesses. Support for additional platforms is on our roadmap.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes. ReviewMe sends customers to your Google Business Profile to leave reviews. You’ll need an active profile with a valid Place ID.
Campaigns & Messaging
How many messages does each customer receive?
That’s up to you. A typical campaign sends 2-3 messages over a week. The campaign stops for a customer as soon as they leave a review or opt out.
Can I customize the messages?
Yes. You write your own messages for each contact block in your campaign. We provide templates to start from, but you have full control over the wording.
What if a customer opts out?
Opt-outs are handled automatically and immediately. The customer will never receive another message from that campaign, and they’re flagged in your contact list to prevent future contact.
CRM Integrations
Which CRMs do you integrate with?
We currently integrate with Housecall Pro, Jobber, and Salesforce. New jobs and contacts sync automatically once connected.
What triggers a campaign?
When a job is marked as complete in your CRM, the associated contact is automatically enrolled in your active campaign. You can also add contacts manually.
Review Tracking
How does review detection work?
Each customer gets a unique tracking link. When they click it, ReviewMe monitors your Google Business Profile for new reviews matching that customer’s name and timing. Most reviews are confirmed automatically.
What if the detection isn’t sure about a match?
Reviews with high confidence (70%+) are confirmed automatically. Reviews with moderate confidence (40-69%) are flagged for your manual review in the dashboard. You can confirm or dismiss with one click.
Compliance
Is this compliant with TCPA and CAN-SPAM?
Yes. Every SMS includes opt-out instructions (reply STOP). Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are processed immediately and automatically.
Does this violate Google’s review policies?
No. Google prohibits review gating (only asking happy customers) and incentivizing reviews (offering rewards). ReviewMe does neither. We make it easy for all customers to share their honest experience.
Billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 active campaign and 25 messages per month. No credit card required.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact support within 14 days for a full refund.
