Invite team members, manage roles, and collaborate across your organization
Team Management
ReviewMe makes it easy to invite your team and manage who has access to your organization’s campaigns, contacts, and analytics.
Invite Members
Send email invitations to team members directly from your organization settings. Each invite includes a secure link that expires after 7 days. Invitees can create a new account or join with their existing ReviewMe account.
Roles
Every team member has a role that controls what they can do within the organization:
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access. Manage billing, team members, and all organization settings. |
| Admin | Manage campaigns, contacts, and team members. Cannot change billing or delete the organization. |
| Member | View and manage campaigns and contacts. Cannot invite members or change settings. |
Multiple Organizations
Users can belong to multiple organizations. Switch between organizations from the sidebar to manage campaigns and contacts for each one separately.
Managing Your Team
From Settings > Team, you can:
- View all current members and their roles
- Send new invitations
- Change a member’s role
- Remove members from the organization
- Cancel pending invitations
