CRM Integrations
Connect Housecall Pro, Jobber, or Salesforce to automate contact import
Overview
CRM integrations let ReviewMe automatically import contacts from completed jobs. When a job is marked complete in your CRM, the customer is enrolled in your active campaign without any manual work.
CRM integrations are available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Supported CRMs

- Completion date
Setup:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Salesforce
- Click Connect and authorize via Salesforce OAuth
- Choose the object type to sync from (Opportunities or Work Orders)
- Map the status field that indicates completion
- Select the target campaign
Review status push: On Pro and Enterprise plans, ReviewMe can push review status back to Salesforce as a custom field on the contact or opportunity record.
Common Settings
Duplicate Prevention
ReviewMe automatically checks for duplicate contacts before creating new ones. If a phone number or email already exists in your contact list, the existing contact is used instead of creating a duplicate.
Excluding Contacts
You can exclude specific contacts from campaigns:
- Before sync: Set up filters in your CRM integration settings to skip certain job types
- After sync: Remove individual contacts from a campaign in the dashboard
- Global opt-out: Contacts who have opted out are never enrolled in any campaign
Sync History
View your sync history in Settings > Integrations > Sync Log. This shows:
- When each sync occurred
- How many contacts were imported
- Any errors or skipped records
Manual Import
If your CRM isn’t supported yet, you can import contacts manually:
- Go to Contacts > Import
- Upload a CSV with columns:
first_name,last_name,phone,email - Select which campaign to enroll them in
- Review and confirm
Troubleshooting
Contacts aren’t syncing
- Check that your CRM connection is still authorized (re-authorize if needed)
- Verify the job was marked with the correct completion status
- Check the sync log for error messages
Duplicate contacts appearing
- This usually means the phone number or email format differs slightly between records
- Check for country code differences (+1 vs no prefix) in phone numbers
